New DevSauna recruitment has started

At Rubius, we believe that constant learning is a key to stable and continuous growth, and we expect our newcomers to share this vision. That is why if we invite young engineers to join the team, they first have to successfully complete an internship at DevSauna.

DevSauna is a Rubius incubator for students where they learn to program, design, promote, and manage software with experienced mentors. We shortlist the most talented students from top-500 universities listed in QS World University Rankings. Eight weeks of hardcore job training, real projects, seasoned mentors, straightforward feedback, minimum 5 hours of self-education a week – that’s all DevSauna. At the end of the program we invite the smartest and the most motivated students to join Rubius and to grow their careers with us.

DevSauna has recently opened its doors for the fourth time. We received a lot of applications but approved only 15 of them. The guys will work on a video analytics system, AR-application and online educational platform. During the Demo Day in December, the students will present their projects, the best ones will be offered to join Rubius.
